| Answer: | Embalming temporarily preserves the body, making it possible to lengthen the time between death and final disposition. This allows the family time to arrange the services that are most comfortable for them. |

| Question #3 | Is embalming required by law? |
| Answer: | Embalming is not required by law, however, our funeral home may require it when certain types of services are selected. |

| Question #4 | What do I do if my loved one passes during the night? |
| Answer: | Our professional staff is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including holidays to assist you, please call. |

| Question #5 | Will someone respond right away to the death of my loved one? |
| Answer: | If you request immediate assistance, yes. We will respond as quickly as we can, usually within an hour of your initial call. If, however, you wish to spend some time with your loved one we will respect that and come when the time is right for you. |
